Welcome to our web site It has been an exciting year for us, we have seen some great progress in the services we offer. As many of you have already experienced, 2005 saw the launch of our new 24 hour support and response centre. This service was designed so our customers have the peace of mind that they can contact their plumber at any time. They know that their call will be answered promptly and professionally day or night, and have the reassurance that an engineer will be on hand to respond. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you - our customers - who have been the key to our success. To date 'Jon Longhurst' has relied totally on our existing customers to recommend our services to their friends and family. I'm pleased to announce that our customer base has doubled in the last 12 months as a direct result. Our goal is to make 'Jon Longhurst' a household name that our customers can rely on. Our plan to achieve this is to continue to provide and improve the honest and professional service that we are so proud of.
